Movin' aloooong...

We still don't know when we're leaving. 9_9 We got the orders, got a lot of stuff done we needed to, Mike went in to get his port call date and they said "Oh, we don't know!"

*sighs*

Two more hurdles showed up with bringing our cat over. 1: they need to book a plane that will accept pets. 2: if it's too hot or cold, they won't take the cat on the plane. (and it's been in the high 90s all week)

However, they did say we could leave for Japan and have the cat brought over later if things don't work out. What that means is we need someone to baby sit our kitty for a month or more. (And if it comes to worse, keep our cat permentantly.) They even said they could reimburse us for bringing her over later.

Now I'm not upset, I'm flabbergasted. I knew it would be work but holymoly, I wasn't expecting this.. xD

I got a list of things I need to clean in the house. Does anyone know how to get oil and dirt stains out of cheap like-plastic tubs? And does anyone know how to get oil stains out of cement?

I also need to water my lawn almost every day to get it green. Apparently they don't like your grass looking dead when you leave. Now I wish I'd been watering it all this time...

Mike is still sick. I think he was running a fever but it seems to have cleared up. For a while there his whole body was hot to the touch... I can only hope the fever breaking is a sign of things to come. (I also pray that I don't get whatever he's got!)

Mom thinks he got sick from the stress of moving. I agree. He was working 12 hour (night) shifts and doing all his orders/outprocessing in the mornings when he was suppose to sleep. That'd mess me up too. >_<

Anyway.. I ordered some manga today. From Far Away wasn't at my store and they didn't know when the next shipment would be in. The lady at the register says she doesn't think it's popular and that's why they don't order many. (Except that, um, all the copies they DID have sold out immediately.)

I despair! GET POPULAR FFA! I don't want them to cancel translating you. ;_;

One of my friends got fired on his second day of work. He's been unemployed for 3 months, and was so happy to get this job. Then he got fired for forgetting to give a little piece of camera equipment back.

Please pray that he'll get another job. Life has been so hard for him!

It just seems like between me and all my friends, we're just having a crappy time with people. I hate it when life meets my expectations! >_<
